IVR ( Interactive Voice Response )
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) offers efficient and cost effective handling of incoming phone calls by offering callers pre-recorded voice menus that they can respond to via their phone pad. Callers can access information, leave messages, give donations or have the option to then be handled by a live operator. It also enables high call volumes at peak times to be controlled.

Callers will be greeted by an automated message and encouraged to leave their details. When incoming call volumes have decreased they can be called back.
- Information Lines
Callers sourcing information will be offered specific menu options to access the information they require. Multiple messages can be recorded and information taken if a call back is needed
- Brochure Request
Callers can select the preferred brochure from a menu and leave their contact details. All data is captured and then transcribed by experienced PAs. The transcribed data can then be sent to the client, in their preferred format, for them to action delivery or passed to a fulfilment team to action on their behalf.
