At Kendlebell our business is answering the telephone in exactly the way our Clients wish when they are unable to take their own calls. If they are out of the office, engaged on another telephone conversation or simply do not wish to be disturbed we will supply a trained Kendlebell Personal Assistant to answer for them. Unlike any other answering specialist we take exceptional steps to ensure the same people consistently take Client calls allowing them to develop a close relationship with the clients and understand their business needs.
More than Just Messaging
Answering calls is only a part of the Kendlebell service. Using our own specially designed computer system we can run diaries, make appointments, send out literature and even take orders. We can call customers on behalf of our clients. In fact we aim to satisfy every client request. Our goal is to provide the perfect telephone call handling service for our clients.
The Kendlebell Formula
Kendlebell are proud to Franchise. Our Franchisees are as dedicated as any owner of any other telephone answering service but, as members of the Kendlebell network, they have access to 10 years of knowledge and experience in this business. Kendlebell have opportunities for new Sales & Management Franchisees to join our award winning Franchise network throughout the UK. You can buy your own Kendlebell Franchise for just £9999+VAT. You won't need an office, any staff or any equipment as we will organise everything for you. You will need to be ready and willing to promote the Kendlebell service in your local area. This will involve sales and account management responsibilities. Ideally you will have some commercial experience but don't worry if you haven't as we provide a comprehensive training program for our new Franchisees. You should be making a profit within three months and have recovered your investment in six. You should expect to earn £40K+ a year from year two onwards.
