Anyone calling to request a brochure should be seen as a potential customer, therefore the calls need to be handled professionally, the correct information taken and the brochure mailed out as promised.

Brochure requests can be taken by telephone, received by email, sms and data transfer or, in some circumstances, downloaded direct from your website or third party response system.

The information taken is then linked to your personalised letter or label template that has been set up (multiple versions if necessary), addresses are printed and your catalogue or brochure pack is mailed out.

All data is captured and enables you to see:

·         Who are requesting your brochures:  age, gender, title

·         What times people are requesting them

·         If you have repeat customers

·         Which media sources are providing the best response

We can respond to individual requests but can also handle the distribution of bulk deliveries to:
