Kendlebell are often asked by companies to provide a disaster recovery solution and we can do this in numerous ways:
Companies can have a number/line set up with a call handling process written ready to go in the event that their premises are unusable. We can take calls on their behalf for the given period until they are able to function again.
Businesses can set up advice lines for staff. In an emergency staff have one number to call that will advise them of the procedure they need to be taking.
Companies can have an escalation procedure set up at Kendlebell. When we are alerted to implement it the procedure is put live. This could be SMS broadcast to VIP clients or department managers.
Kendlebell can offer an overflow facility. A call handling process can be set up and a line connected. As and when needed, calls can be diverted through, handled and a call report sent detailing information.
We can also provide lease of seats at a Kendlebell office that will allow companies to continue ‘trading’ outside of their premises.
