By working closely with yourselves we are able to achieve the results you need.
From initial meeting to final report you will have the full support of the Kendlebell team .A dedicated PA will be allocated to oversee the operation, providing you with a single contact point for the duration of the activity.
All Kendlebell PAs are trained to the required level to handle charity/not for profit calls. They understand the importance of Gift Aid and the requirements to claim the tax benefit.
They first establish whether the supporter is a taxpayer. On-screen fact sheets enable them to clearly explain under which circumstances a supporter can agree to Gift Aid their donation. An explanation of how Gift Aid works is clearly set out within the call handling system, providing on-screen prompts to support the PA in their explanation. Supporters can be given a live example of exactly how much their donation is worth when Gift Aid is added to the amount.
Call Reporting
Call reports can be sent by email, in a format that is best suited to your organisation. Data can be transferred in a number of ways, again, bespoke to your requirements, allowing the easy integration of data files into your own supporter database or CRM system.
Fulfilment
Most charity clients have fulfilment included in their services.
This can include packs and information being sent out and confirmation letters to those that have donated.
Charities can provide their own letter headed paper and literature but Kendlebell can supply any additional ' unbranded' stationary required.
Postage would be set at standard Royal Mail prices and passed on at cost.
