Store Locator

Store Locator is a service provided by Kendlebell that allows businesses to advertise one telephone number nationally, rather than individual numbers for individual branches.

Cost benefits can be achieved as a direct result and most clients see an increase in turnover.

Customers can call a single nationally advertised telephone number, such as 0800. They are greeted by a reassuring voice, which asks for their postcode. Each caller is then transferred directly to his or her nearest store or dealership.

If a postcode is not known or not recognized a web based lookup system can be used to identify the nearest store enabling the caller to be transferred.

If the call is received after hours, an sms message can be sent to callers giving information regarding store opening times, branch location and direct telephone number.

For lower volumes of calls, or where information needs to be obtained or provided prior to transferring to the store, the live agent service is recommended.

Where high volumes of calls are expected, our automated service may be the more appropriate solution.
