Sally runs the inbound call centre, managing our telephone answering service for a wide variety of business clients. She joined us in 2001 so has a wealth of experience dealing with our clients.
Call Centre Manager
Ali manages the implementation of our client handling telephony and software systems as well as overseeing client requirements and staff training. Ali joined the team in 2001.
Senior Team Leader
Hayley is responsible for the smooth running of the call centre and our staff. She monitors call quality and performance through our IT systems and recording software.
Jo ensures the efficient running of the Kendlebell call centre, supporting staff and ensuring top quality performance on every call.
Cory trains all new staff through an intensive 2 week program, teaching them our IT systems and best practices to become a Kendlbell receptionist. She also manages client accounts.
Account Manager / Senior Trainer
Danielle aids new staff through the training process as they join the Kendlebell team. She also helps to process changes and development of accounts.
Account Manager / Junior Trainer
Has been with the company since it was founded in 2000. Elaine is responsible for the Group’s payroll, cash-flow and daily bank reconcilition. In addition, Elaine manages the Accounts Department and their processes.
Finance & Admin Director
Connie is responsible for the efficient running of all of Kendlebell's call centre services. Having joined back in 2001, she is passionate about delivering a top quality service to all our clients.
David is responsible for marketing operations at Kendlbell. He leads the company’s B2B marketing efforts, developing customer service, marketing and sales strategies for clients.
Abby contributes to the marketing efforts at Kendlebell. She has helped to create our new business websites, develop advertising campaigns as well as run the company blog.
Sara is responsible for reaching out to potential customers across the UK. She looks after clients through the entire sales process, becoming their key point of contact for their account.
