Upgrade / Conversion Campaigns
Existing regular givers can be contacted, updated on your planned activity and asked if they would be happy to increase their current donation.

New donors and one off givers can be called with the intention of converting them to monthly payments. 

Donor Management / Retention
Gaining the loyalty of new supporters and reminding those that have given previously the value of their support is always important and Kendlebell can help you build and strengthen those relationships.

Calls can be made to ‘welcome’ donors and thank them for their donation. They can be updated on current and planned activity and asked for feedback on the organisation.

New Donor Acquisition
There are several ways to attract and secure new supporters.

Follow up calls, after an advertising campaign, can be very successful as can calling potential givers to invite them to a specific event.

Companies can be asked if they would like to promote payroll giving and raffle tickets can be distributed to those who, when called, are happy to accept.

Cold calls can also be made to new target areas to introduce the charity, their vision and purpose.
