What It Costs

Our answering service prices are set out in the simple table shown below.  This covers the hours of Mon- Fri 8.30am to 6.00pm. For a fuller explanation as to which Package might suit you best please refer to the text beneath the table.  If you require more information or you want to discuss our full 24/7 service then please call us.

If you are just starting your business and do not expect to get more than about 30 calls a month then we would recommend our entry level package Personal Assistant 10.  This costs just £35+VAT per month and the first 10 messages are included in this price.  Any additional messages will cost just £1.60 each.

If you expect to receive between 30 and 100 messages a month our most popular package is Personal Assistant 50. This costs just £72+VAT per month and the first 50 messages are included in this price.  Any additional messages will cost just £1.40 each.

For those receiving between 100 and 200 messages a month we offer the Personal Assistant 100 package which costs £135+VAT per month and, as you would expect, the first 100 messages are included in the price each month.  Any additional messages will cost just £1.20 each.

The next level is for those receiving between 200 and 300 messages for which our Personal Assistant 200 package costing £225+VAT per month is designed.  You guessed it!  That package includes 200 messages each month with any additional messages costing just £1.10 each.

The fifth package we offer is the Personal Assistant 300 package which costs £315+VAT per month and of course includes 300 messages a month with any additional messages costing just £1.05 each.

The minimum term is just three months with a one month notice period thereafter.  Payment will need to be by either debit or credit card in the first instance with payment by Direct Debit thereafter.
